The day-to-day process was skillfully managed by Mr. Larry Allen his capable crew and subcontractors. The quality of the work done by your tradesmen was masterful and we are still in awe of their results. The quality of the work was superb and the attention to detail was unfailing. Your company obviously takes a pride in their work. As to be expected with a project this size, everything did not go according to plan. However, any issue that developed amounted to nothing more than a minor inconvenience – I attribute that to the way you responded to each. You were concerned with what we wanted rather than what might have been the quickest and easiest solution for yourselves. Your approach and style is very "Customer-centric", and that goes a long way in satisfying a customer. I have had the opportunity to work with three builders in the past twenty years, and this has been by far the most enjoyable build experience. I don’t think there is anything more than we could have asked for. You are good, honest and fair people who build a top quality home and we would not hesitate to recommend you for any project.
